I have taken my 2 dogs a few times to see Jan, and as always… love her work. Highly recommend 10/10.

at short notice I took my two elderly newly adopted fur babies to Jan. They needed a lot of tender loving care, Due to multiple health issues including many skin tags and benign small growths, heart conditions, deaf and partially blind, knee problems and matted hair. Every groomers perfect client, Not! Jan had no cages, dogs are free to play, the suss ones can be safely separated. I was allowed to stay the whole time to comfort the two seniors. Jan was patient, very knowledgeable, very kind and flexible with dealing with their quirks. Well supplied tools and dogs are so welcomed and loved there. Jan obviously is a good dog whisperer. On leaving I had two very happy, spiffy looking ancients wagging their tails.

Jan is like the dog whisperer! She is the most caring dog groomer that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. There are no cages and my dog Molly who is a little grandma Maltese and is unwell is treated so carefully and groomed so well, that she looks like a puppy! I won’t ever go anywhere else. Jan had our standard labradoodle looking fantastic, and exactly how we wanted him to look! She really cares about the result and spends the time to make sure the end result is fabulous, whilst keeping the dogs comfortable. No stressed out looking dogs here! Highly recommended! We travel from Hawthorn to see her!

Jan does a fantastic job on my Shih Tzu, Archer. He is a lot calmer with her and the other dogs than other groomers I have taken him to. I will definately be returning.

Thanks Jan. Being his first cut since we got him we were quite nervous, and his social skills were lacking. So it was with some trepidation that we left the little guy in your care. A couple of hours later we got this little boy back looking sharp as a tack. And also found him socialising with other dogs without any problems. Jan you are the dog guru. Jan has a fantastic way with all dogs – keeping them happy and relaxed while she grooms them. My dog, Ella looks fabulous after her latest make over! See the photos below. My old dog, Jester had his last groom with her in November 2017. She was great with a stressed anxious old boy with bad sore spots. Jan is just wonderful. A true diamond. My dog loves going to see her to get his hair cut and play with his friends. My previous dog (who was very old in the end) was very well looked after by Jan. Jan has groomed my fur babies Teddy and Chloe for the last couple of years. Each and every time both dogs come back looking refreshed and extremely well groomed. Jan did an amazing job grooming my Bichon Frise. He now looks and smells beautiful! I’m so happy I found Jan. She truly loves dogs and I could see that my fur kid enjoyed his session there. Highly recommended.

Jan is an absolute angel. I have a miniature poodle puppy who is very difficult to clip as he is never still. Jan has such patience and does a magnificant job. Monte loves to go to Jan’s and now I use her dog sitting service as well. I know i am leaving him in a safe and loving environment as Jan loves every dog like it’s her own. Jan is fantastic. Ive been taking my dogs for two years now. My female dog has always been so anxious. Not with Jan. She is so calm and kind. My dog no longer requires anxiety relieving medication to be groomed.

Took my little man to see Jan at Superb Dog Grooming for the first time today and i couldnt be happier. Its taken me a while since i moved up to the city to find a groomer I’m happy leaving my boy Skittles with and Superb Grooming will now be the go to groomer for me. Jan treats your pet like she would her own and they come out the end with a fantastic clip and a wagging tail 🙂

We took our 4 month old Maltese x shih-Tzu pup to Jan for her first grooming session this week, and we are so pleased we did. Jan was incredibly gentle and understanding with our pup, she gave her rest breaks and lots of loving attention which made our pups first haircut a happy experience! Our fur baby now looks fresh, beautiful and so happy. We are thrilled to have found Jan, she truly understands and loves dogs, her prices are affordable, her set up is dog friendly and she is just a lovely person. Our dog groomer recently retired and I found Jan in the yellow pages. She is some distance away from our home but it was worth every km. You can see that Jan has a passion for animals, our dog was pampered from head to toe. Her rates are very reasonable, her professional manner is exceptional and her warmth and inviting personality is endearing. Our dog, Harley, will definitely will be visiting again.

We had our 6 year old spoodle groomed by Jan at Superb for the first time last week. We’d had her groomed at many dog groomers before, but the attention and care that Jan took with our precious pet was 1st class. Usually a timid dog, she was comfortable being groomed. When I picked her up she looked a treat. Jan really does love and care for dogs – I called her “the dog whisperer”!. I would (and already have) recommend Jan and Superb Dog Grooming to anyone wanting their beloved dog looking great and taken care of in the process.

My dog Charlie is definitely not a easy dog to groom. However, Jan was able to keep him calm and relax the whole time! I am so happy with her service. I would be a long time customer.

Wonderful service! My Cocker Spaniel’s are usually very timid but they were looked after gently and warmed to Jan even though there was a lot of work to be done on them. They looked gorgeous when I picked them up and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Jan is a joy to deal with. Patient, caring and understanding of each individual dogs needs. She took her time with our boy, as he hates water. By the end he was enjoying himself and didn’t want to leave. Jan’s setup well and can isolate dogs in different areas. She loves all animals and volunteer’s for the RSPCA.
